Was stunned by their hospitality. They might not be one of the biggies in katra but their food and cleanliness is way above class. Highly recommended to the devotees who wanna visit katra for Vaishnodevi #shreeshaktirocks

overall a great stay in hotel. helpful and knowledgeable staff. neat and clean rooms as well as washrooms. hot water available all the time. TV working well. food is good. location is very near to railway station and also near to new bus stand. my experience is very good. we all are comfortable in this hotel and didn't face any issue. I recommend this hotel to all devotees book this hotel and get good experience.

The location is in a byelane very close to the railway station. The hotel management was very friendly and permitted us to keep out luggage in the hotel even before our stay. We were pleasantly surprised when we got an upgrade with respect to the room (we got a bigger room) by the management. The rooms were cosy, well airconditioned, well furnished, family friendly and hot water facility is available 24 hours. Further, the management is also flexible in offering early check in/late check out and also timely pick up/drop off to railway station/helipad. Even though the Hotel does not have any dining hall, but it has excellent cook and a kichen who prepare very good, hygienic and tasty food which we got for dinner and breakfast. Further all their staff were very courteous and friendly. Overall a good pleasant experience and we will stay with family the next time when we will come to Katra.
